Sam is a seasoned M&A advisor, Certified Business Intermediary, business broker, and commercial real estate agent in all 50 states and 21 countries. As a trusted advisor in the business brokerage and real estate industry, Sam understands that every client's needs are unique. He has a passion for fostering relationships and for helping entrepreneurs and investors achieve their goals. With his extensive operational and industry expertise, he is dedicated to guiding clients through the complex landscape of buying and selling businesses, as well as commercial properties across various industries. From small businesses, corporations, franchises, to large-scale commercial properties and investment portfolios, Sam’s goal is to facilitate a seamless and successful transaction that maximizes value and fosters long-term success. Sam is known for his professionalism, integrity, and commitment to maintaining strict confidentiality throughout the transaction process.

Ron Freeman

Co-Founder, Partner

Ron is the co-founder and partner of Capital Connect LLC. He has over twenty-five years of experience in roles as a trusted advisor, mentor and entrepreneur. Prior to Capital Connect, Ron founded several businesses including; The Xercise Store, RIMsoft Technologies and SE7ENTERPRISES. Most recently, Ron spent several years in the hospitality industry, involved in restaurant operations and has implemented technology solutions, designed to improve the hospitality industry, for various operators throughout North America.
